Data Deletion

If you have messaged a DoDo Fashion Facebook Page connected to DoDoChat, or otherwise interacted with DoDoChat, you can request that we delete the data we hold about your conversations.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to truongtrinhcntt@gmail.com from the same email or Facebook account you used to contact us, or include enough detail (for example, the Facebook Page you messaged and roughly when) so we can locate your conversation. We will confirm your identity where needed and delete the associated contact, conversation, and message records within 30 days.

Deleting via Facebook

You can also remove DoDoChat's access to your Facebook data at any time from Facebook's own settings: open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find the app associated with the Page you messaged, and select Remove. This revokes the Page's ability to message you further; to also delete the conversation history already stored in DoDoChat, please additionally email us using the button above.

What gets deleted

• Your contact record (identifier, display name, avatar) as stored by DoDoChat.
• All conversations and messages associated with that contact.
• Any attachments you sent that are stored by DoDoChat.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you message us again afterward, a new conversation record will be created for that new interaction.
