Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of DoDoChat, an omnichannel messaging inbox operated by DoDo Fashion ("we", "us", or "our"). By using DoDoChat, or by messaging a channel connected to DoDoChat (such as a Facebook Page), you agree to these Terms.

1. Terms of service

DoDoChat is provided to receive, monitor, and reply to customer messages across supported channels. It is operated by DoDo Fashion and made available to organisations that hold an account. Anyone may create an account; access to a workspace's inbox is limited to the members of that workspace.

Access to DoDoChat depends on the plan held by your workspace. A trial may be granted for a limited period, and the plan sets the limits that apply to your workspace. Commercial arrangements are agreed with DoDo Fashion directly; no payment is taken through DoDoChat.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use DoDoChat, or any channel connected to it, to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the DoDoChat system, its accounts, or its data.
  • Do not use DoDoChat to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or business.
  • Operators must use DoDoChat only to communicate with customers who have contacted us through a supported channel, and must comply with the policies of each underlying platform (for example, Meta's Messenger Platform Policies) when doing so.

We may suspend or terminate access for any use that violates these Terms or the policies of a connected platform.

3. Limitation of liability

DoDoChat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoDo Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of messages, data, or business, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, DoDoChat — including delays or failures caused by a third-party messaging platform (such as Meta's Messenger Platform) that are outside our reasonable control.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of DoDoChat after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
